Acceptance
By creating an account or using Verbyt, you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Verbyt.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to post it. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, or that exposes others' private information. See the Community Guidelines for the full rules.
AI verdicts
Verdicts are generated by an AI model and are an automated opinion on argument quality, not a statement of fact about who is right. They may contain errors and are provided as-is for entertainment and discussion.
Moderation and termination
We may hide content, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines. Where we restrict your content or account, we will tell you the reason and you may appeal by contacting contact@verbyt.com.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Verbyt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. We may update them; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
