Why and on what basis

We process this data to provide the service (performance of our terms with you), to keep it safe (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations. Debate content you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate a verdict. Please do not post special-category personal data about identifiable people.

Processors we use

• Convex (database and backend hosting).
• Anthropic (AI verdict and moderation of debate content).
• Vercel (web hosting).
• Resend (transactional email).

Some processors operate outside the EEA; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden, IMY). To request deletion or a copy of your data, email contact@verbyt.com.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Completed debates and their verdicts may be retained as part of the public record of the debate; tell us if you need content removed.

Verbyt is intended for users aged 16 and over.
